You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for all opened products for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage in shipping.

All returned merchandise must be free from damage of any kind and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, UPC label intact, etc., and any other included materials.

Eligible defective products may be returned with the original box and packaging for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. We will exchange defective products for the same model only.  The UPC label must be intact. We reserve the right to charge for all missing materials.

When your return has been authorized, you will receive a return instruction and a Return Authorization Number (RA#)  from XROUND Customer Service.

If your order were qualified for Free Shipping, you would be charged the total shipping amount. Any discount codes applied to your purchase will be removed and no longer redeemable.

Item(s) that are part of a bundle deal will be refunded at the discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by XROUND Inc and not at the original price.

Free gifts are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless faulty. It must be returned if your remaining order total is below the minimum value or quantity to receive the gift; otherwise, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. An email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed.
